If you're a fan of Leviathan, The Abyss, or Corporate mining deregulation you will enjoy the Pan-Oceanic setting. The rules are a homebrew RPG with cool mechanics like stress levels that make simple tasks more difficult. Overall, it's a cool setting to role-play with a-lot of potential.
